Engpassorientierte Wertsteigerung entlang der Supply Chain
Neben einer kurzen Vorstellung der voestalpine berichtete Mag. Alfred Düsing über die Lösungsansätze der voestalpine betreffend „Relativen Deckungsbeitrag“ und „Divisionalen Durchrechnung in der voestalpine“.
Beim „Relativen Deckungsbeitrag“ der voestalpine wurde das Ziel verfolgt, ausreichende Informationen betreffend der einzelnen Aggregate der voestalpine zu erhalten und somit Engpassaggregate besser steuern und optimieren zu können, was Mag. Alfred Düsing bei seinem Vortrag anhand eines praktischen Beispiels zeigte.
Beim zweiten Thema „Divisionale Durchrechnung in der voestalpine“ wurde ein Lösungsansatz für die firmenübergreifende Ergebnisoptimierung erzielt. Der Vortragende präsentierte die Voraussetzungen und Hintergrundinformationen zum Projekt und welche Ergebnisse erzielt wurden.
Mag. Alfred Düsing konnte in diesem ersten Vortrag der Veranstaltung die Lösungsansätze sehr gut darstellen und die darauf folgenden Fragen des Publikums zeigten, dass das Interesse des Publikums sehr hoch ist und dass man sich noch viel vom Tag erwarten kann.
